Note: The total number, mentioned above, of Palestinians who were kidnapped by the Israeli occupation forces in the West Bank does not subtract those who were released after kidnapping them. *** Note about the number of Palestinians, who were kidnapped by the Israeli occupation forces in the Wet Bank: The Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs, the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS), and Al-Dhameer Association for Human Rights stated in a report issued Sunday that the total number of kidnappings of Palestinians in the West Bank, since the start of the ongoing genocide in Gaza, has risen to more than 18,500, including over 570 women and about 1,500 children. Source: Palestine Information Center, August 10, 2025. *** Note About the Missing Palestinians in the Gaza Strip: On February 26, 2025, the Palestinian Center for Political and Development Studies announced that the number of the missing in the Gaza Strip has exceeded 14,000 people, including 2,000-3,000 held in Israeli occupation prisons, without releasing any information on their fate. ***
*** *** *** ý Impacts and Aspects of the Israeli Genocidal War on the Gaza Strip*** 'Hamas: Israeli army continues to violate ceasefire and kill civilians in Gaza Wednesday 3-December-2025 GAZA, (PIC) 'Hamas spokesman, 'Hazim Qasim, has accused the Israeli occupation army of persisting in its ceasefire violations in the Gaza Strip by targeting shelters and displacement camps and killing civilians. In a statement on Wednesday, spokesman Qasim said that the Israeli army had recently launched attacks outside the yellow line area, killing and wounding several civilians in the central district of Gaza City and fatally targeting a journalist in Khan Younus, south of Gaza. “The criminal occupation’s ongoing killings, destruction of homes, forced displacement of citizens, and restrictions on aid confirm that this enemy persists in its genocidal war on our people in the Gaza Strip, with less intensity but unchanged goals,” the spokesman underlined. He urged the mediators, who brokered the ceasefire agreement, to take serious action to put an end to these violations and pressure the Israeli occupation regime to abide by its obligations and stop its aggression. *** Gaza health ministry: 6,000 amputees need urgent long-term rehabilitation Wednesday 3-December-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Palestinian Ministry of Health said on Wednesday that at least 6,000 people in Gaza who have undergone amputations urgently require long-term rehabilitation and specialized care, warning of a “shocking and worsening humanitarian reality” for thousands of wounded survivors. In a statement marking the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, the ministry said the situation for amputees in Gaza has reached an alarming level, with thousands left without the medical, psychological, or social support needed to cope with life-altering injuries. According to the ministry, children account for 25 percent of all amputations, a generation now facing permanent disabilities at an early age due to the Israeli genocide. The ministry said the suffering of amputees and their families underscores the immediate need for comprehensive rehabilitation programs, psychosocial support, and long-term community integration services. It called on relevant international organizations to urgently prioritize care for Gaza’s amputees and to scale up access to specialized rehabilitation, prosthetics, and mental-health programs. *** El-Bursh: Near-total inability to provide assistive devices for 7,000 disabilities caused by the genocide Wednesday 3-December-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Dr. Muneer El-Bursh, Director-General of the Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip, said that the number of Palestinians with disabilities in the Gaza Strip has risen sharply as a result of the Israeli genocidal war, confirming an almost complete shortage of prosthetic limbs and support services. El-Bursh explained that disability in Gaza is not the result of illnesses or ordinary accidents, but a direct consequence of bombardment, explosions, and building collapses. He added that among the victims are children who lost their limbs before they were even able to take their first steps. In an interview with Al Jazeera, El-Bursh presented figures that illustrate the scale of the catastrophe: before the war, Gaza had around 55,000 people with disabilities, 53% of whom were male, and children made up 18% of the total. But these numbers have risen to unprecedented levels after the Israeli war of genocide on the Strip, with more than 7,000 new disability cases recorded, according to data released by the International Committee of the Red Cross. The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced in a press statement on Wednesday that 6,000 limb amputations have been recorded during two years of genocide, noting that the injured require “urgent and long-term” rehabilitation programs. El-Bursh revealed that 18,500 patients need to be transferred for treatment abroad, including 1,200 people with disabilities, but the Israeli occupation prevents them from accessing treatment by keeping the crossings closed, extinguishing their hope for survival. He reminded that the Israeli occupation army destroyed prosthetics centers during its assault on Gaza, especially Hamad Hospital for Prosthetics, and simultaneously prevents prosthetic limbs from entering the Palestinian territory. He also noted that many of the specialists trained abroad at great effort to manufacture prosthetics were killed. The Director-General pointed to an almost total shortage of prosthetic limbs in Gaza due to the Israeli occupation’s ban on allowing them into the Strip. El-Bursh added that more than 18% of the injured, 170,000 people, need long-term treatment and rehabilitation, a situation that requires decisive action from the international community. On the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, the Gaza Ministry of Health said that shocking conditions plague amputee patients in the Strip, confirming that 6,000 amputees need urgent, long-term rehabilitation programs. The ministry also revealed that 25% of all amputation cases are children who now face permanent disabilities at a very early age. The ministry called on relevant international organizations to direct urgent attention toward amputee patients and to strengthen access to specialized and rehabilitative care. According to data published by the World Health Organization in September 2025, “around 42,000 people in Gaza suffer from severe injuries requiring long-term rehabilitation programs.” Restrictions on the entry of medicines, medical equipment, and fuel into the Gaza Strip have exacerbated the health conditions of the wounded and people with disabilities, turning many treatable injuries into permanent disabilities. *** Israeli Knesset approves Trump plan to end Gaza war Wednesday 3-December-2025 NAZARETH, (PIC) The Israeli Knesset approved on Wednesday a resolution adopting US President Donald Trump’s “20-point plan” to end the war on Gaza. The vote took place in the absence of coalition Knesset members, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The resolution passed without any opposition after being introduced by opposition leader Yair Lapid. Lapid stated, “The entire Israeli Knesset thanks President Trump for this plan and for what it has achieved, bringing back the hostages, ending the war, and returning to normal life.” He noted that the plan had never been formally presented for a vote in any official body, “neither in the cabinet, government, Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, nor the full Knesset.” The resolution will now be forwarded to the “Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee” for further deliberation. Sources in the Israeli opposition suggested last week that the vote on Trump’s plan could pose a political dilemma for Netanyahu. Supporting the plan might anger far-right parties due to clauses involving the release of Palestinian prisoners, the deployment of an international force in Gaza, and the possibility of a future Palestinian state. Voting against it, however, could be seen as a direct confrontation with Trump, according to Israel’s Maariv newspaper. Lapid had announced last week his intention to submit the proposal to the Knesset, urging the adoption of the American plan as the definitive path to end the war. *** Palestinian resistance to hand over another Israeli corpse today Wednesday 3-December-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Al‑Qassam Brigades of Hamas and al‑Quds Brigades of Islamic Jihad said on Wednesday that they would hand over the body of another Israeli captive in the evening after it was found in northern Gaza. In a statement, al‑Qassam Brigades said the Israeli corpse would be delivered at 5:00 p.m. local time as part of the prisoner exchange deal. For its part, al‑Quds Brigades said that a group of its fighters found the body of one Israeli captive during search and excavation operations this morning in northern Gaza. The new handover comes under the first phase of the Gaza ceasefire and prisoner exchange agreement that took effect on October 10, bringing an end to two years of relentless Israeli attacks that have killed more than 70,000 Palestinians and injured about 171,000 others since October 2023. *** Palestinian factions demand mediators to open Rafa'h crossing in both directions Wednesday 3-December-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Palestinian factions and political forces emphasized on Wednesday the necessity of compelling the Israeli occupation to fulfill all commitments outlined in the ceasefire agreement, warning against any attempts to “manipulate or evade” the agreed-upon obligations. The factions called on mediators and guarantor countries to act urgently to ensure the opening of the Rafa'h crossing in both directions, in accordance with the Sharm El-Sheikh agreement and UN Security Council Resolution 2803. They stressed that any attempt to limit the crossing to one-way traffic, as some Israeli sources have suggested, would be a clear violation of what has been agreed. The factions said that pressuring the Israeli occupation to meet its obligations is “a fundamental requirement for the success of the truce process and the protection of Palestinian rights,” affirming that fully reopening the crossing is a humanitarian right and a necessity that cannot be bypassed. Earlier, the Israeli Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) announced that the Rafa'h crossing would be opened in the coming days for the movement of people from Gaza to Egypt. In a post on the platform X, COGAT said that this would occur “in accordance with the ceasefire agreement and under the direction of the political leadership,” referring to the Israeli government. It added that the exit of Gaza residents would be coordinated with Egypt, require Israeli security approval, and take place under the supervision of the European Union mission, without offering further details. Egypt on Wednesday denied reaching an agreement with Israeli occupation authorities to open the Rafa'h border crossing in one direction to allow residents to exit Gaza, according to the State Information Service (SIS), which is affiliated with the Egyptian presidency. The SIS quoted an official source stating that, “If an agreement is reached to open the crossing, it will operate in both directions, for entry and exit from the Gaza Strip, in accordance with the plan proposed by US President Donald Trump.” In response to Egypt’s denial, Israel’s Channel 12 quoted an Israeli official as saying, “Israel opened the crossings for Gaza residents to leave. If the Egyptian side doesn’t want to receive them, that’s their problem.” The ceasefire agreement includes provisions to open the Rafa'h crossing for evacuating patients and for travel to and from Gaza. However, the Associated Press reported, citing an anonymous Israeli official, that all Palestinians who wish to leave Gaza would be allowed to do so via Rafa'h, provided Egypt agrees to admit them, but the crossing would not be open for those wishing to return to Gaza. The official added that the EU still needs to make some logistical adjustments before the crossing can open. Since May 2024, Israeli forces have controlled the Palestinian side of the Rafa'h crossing after destroying and burning its buildings, preventing Palestinian civilians from traveling and creating a severe humanitarian crisis, especially for patients. The crossing had been scheduled to reopen in October as part of the first phase of the ceasefire agreement, but Israel failed to comply. Earlier, UN spokesperson Stéphane Dujarric said that more than 16,500 Palestinian patients still require life-saving treatment outside Gaza. The ceasefire agreement was supposed to end the genocide in Gaza, which has left more than 70,000 dead and approximately 171,000 wounded, most of them women and children. *** ****** Gaza: Death toll climbs to 70,117 martyrs Wednesday 3-December-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The death toll from the Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, which started on October 7, 2023, has surged to 70,117 martyrs, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza, on Wednesday morning. The ministry added that the total number of the wounded also surged to 171,014 people. In its daily report, the Ministry reported that hospitals received the bodies of five civilians as well as 13 wounded people during the past 48 hours. Since the ceasefire agreement took effect on October 10, 2025, at least 360 Palestinians have been killed, 922 others injured, and the bodies of 617 martyrs have been recovered. *** 5 Palestinians killed, 10 injured, in Israeli airstrike on displacement tents in Khan Younus, including 2 children Wednesday 3-December-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Several civilians were killed and others injured on Wednesday evening as Israeli warplanes targeted a tent sheltering displaced families west of Khan Younus, in southern Gaza. According to the PIC correspondent, the airstrike killed five people, including two children, and injured ten others. The tent was located near the Kuwaiti Hospital in western Khan Younus. Commenting on the Israeli massacre, the Hamas Movement described the Israeli army’s attack on the tent and the area near the Kuwaiti Hospital as a “barbaric assault and heinous bombing.” The Movement labeled the incident as a war crime and a blatant disregard for the ceasefire terms. Hamas held the Israeli occupation fully responsible for the consequences of this escalation and urged mediators to intervene and stop Israel from continuing its crimes. The statement specifically called for halting attacks on civilians, residential neighborhoods, and displacement shelters, and for preventing Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu and his extremist government from evading the ceasefire commitments. Despite the declared ceasefire, Israeli forces continue their violations through frequent bombings, shootings, and home demolitions throughout Gaza. *** Woman killed by Israeli army fire in Gaza’s El-Tuffa'h neighborhood GAZA, December 4, 2025 (WAFA) – A Palestinian woman was killed and several others were injured today by Israeli occupation army gunfire in the El-Tuffa'h neighborhood, northeast of Gaza City. Local sources reported that the Israeli forces opened fire on residents in the El-Tuffa'h area, resulting in the killing of the woman and leaving dozens injured, some critically. According to medical sources, the total number of Palestinians killed in Gaza since the start of the Israeli aggression in October 2023 has risen to at least 70,117, the majority of whom are children and women. The number of the injured has also risen to 170,999, with many victims still trapped under rubble, inaccessible to rescue and civil defense teams. M.N *** Two Palestinians martyred in Israeli attacks in Gaza City Wednesday 3-December-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Two Palestinians were martyred following Israeli attacks on Gaza City’s El‑Zaytoun neighborhood on Wednesday. Local sources reported that 35‑year‑old 'Abd El-'Ammareen was shot dead by Israeli gunfire near the car market in El‑Zaytoun neighborhood. Earlier in the morning, another citizen was martyred and others were injured in the same area. At dawn today, the Israeli occupation army carried out intense airstrikes inside the yellow line area east of Khan Younus, causing massive explosions that echoed across the Gaza Strip. *** Israeli army launches renewed attacks on eastern areas of Gaza Wednesday 3-December-2025 GAZA, (PIC) For the 54th consecutive day, the Israeli occupation army has continued to violate the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip, launching more airstrikes, artillery shelling, and demolitions in the eastern areas of the war-ravaged enclave. Local sources reported hearing massive explosions and seeing thick plumes of smoke in the east of Khan Yunis after Israeli warplanes carried out intensive airstrikes on Wednesday morning Israeli tanks also carried out artillery strikes east of Khan Yunis, amid intense gunfire. In Gaza City, Israeli forces detonated some residential buildings inside the yellow line area in al‑Tuffah neighborhood. Since the ceasefire agreement started on October 10, 361 Palestinians have been killed, mostly children, women, and elderly people, while 903 others have been injured *** ý*** Killing, Injuring, and Abduction of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces ***ý Two Palestinian workers injured by Israeli gunfire in J’lem Wednesday 3-December-2025 OCCUPIED JERUSALEM, (PIC) Two Palestinian workers were injured on Tuesday evening after being shot by Israeli soldiers near the separation wall in al‑Ram town, north of Occupied Jerusalem. The Jerusalem Governorate said one of the wounded was transferred to Shaare Zedek Hospital inside the holy city, while a Red Crescent ambulance crew evacuated the other one to Ramallah Hospital. The Red Crescent said one of its ambulance crews provided first aid to a young worker who was shot in the leg with live ammunition near the wall in al-Ram town after Israeli soldiers opened fire at him as he attempted to cross into Israel. Local sources affirmed that the young man was trying to reach his workplace in 1948 occupied Palestine (Israel). *** Palestinian child critically wounded by Israeli gunfire in Qalqilia QALQILYA, December 4, 2025 (WAFA) – A Palestinian child was critically wounded on Thursday afternoon by Israeli gunfire in Qalqilya. The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said that a 12-year-old boy sustained a critical head injury from Israeli gunfire while near the northern checkpoint. He was subsequently transferred to a hospital for urgent treatment. Israeli forces had stormed the city earlier, deploying throughout several neighborhoods, particularly Kafr Saba, and firing live ammunition and rubber-coated bullets. Since the early hours of the morning, Israeli troops have continued their incursions into the city, carrying out massive raids and searches of homes acroos several parts of the city. Y.S. *** Palestinian teenager sustains injury from Israeli army gunfire near Bethlehem BETHLEHEM, December 4, 2025 (WAFA) – A Palestinian teenager on Thursday sustained an injury from Israeli army gunfire in Tuqu‘ town, southeast of the occupied West Bank city of Bethlehem, according to local sources. They said that the occupation forces stormed the southern West Bank town, triggering confrontations. The gun-toting soldiers fired live ammunition, tear gas, and concussion bombs at protestors, injuring a teenager by bullet shrapnel in the foot and causing others to suffocate. The occupation forces frequently raid Palestinian houses almost daily across the West Bank on the pretext of searching for “wanted” Palestinians, triggering clashes with residents. These raids are conducted without the need for a search warrant, whenever and wherever the military chooses, in keeping with its sweeping arbitrary powers. Under Israeli military law, army commanders have full executive, legislative, and judicial authority over 3 million Palestinians living in the West Bank. Palestinians have no say in how this authority is exercised. K.F. *** Palestinian man injured in attack by Israeli forces near Bethlehem BETHLEHEM, December 4, 2025 (WAFA) – A Palestinian man suffered bruises and wounds on Thursday evening following an assault by Israeli occupation forces in the village of al-Maniya, southeast of Bethlehem. The Palestinian Red Crescent in Bethlehem reported that Israeli forces stopped a garbage collection vehicle near the al-Maniya roundabout and forcibly removed the driver, Jihad Zawahra, 37. He was beaten by soldiers, resulting in multiple bruises, contusions, and wounds, and was subsequently taken to a hospital for treatment. M.N. *** IOFs detain, kidnap dozens of Palestinian citizens in West Bank raids Wednesday 3-December-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) stormed different West Bank areas last night and at dawn Wednesday, where they raided several homes and kidnaped a number of Palestinian citizens. According to local sources, the IOFs kidnapped dozens of citizens from their homes in Qabatya town in Jineen and herded them into other houses used as barracks and interrogation centers. The Israeli occupation forces also stormed different towns and villages in southern Jineen and kidnapped one citizen from his home in 'Anza village. In Nablus, the IOFs kidnapped a young man from El-Makhfiya neighborhood of the city. In El-Khaleel (Hebron), the IOFs raided many homes in Surif town and detained citizens for interrogation. Three citizens were taken prisoner during the IOFs raids in El-Khaleel (Hebron) Province, while media reports said that the IOFs carried out kidnappings in Bait Ummar town. In Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), the IOFs kidnapped one citizen from Bait Jala town and two others from the areas of Abu Anjim and Abu Furai'ha. The IOFs also stormed other areas of the West Bank, with no reported kidnappings. *** Israeli forces detain four in Dura as colonists hold and assault residents in Masafer Yatta HEBRON, December 4, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces on Thursday detained four Palestinians in the town of Dura, southwest of Hebron, while armed colonists held and assaulted several residents in the Masafer Yatta area. WAFA correspondent said that military vehicles stormed Dura from the southern entrance and advanced toward the town center. Soldiers fired stun grenades and tear gas toward residents during the raid, before detaining four young men whose identities were not yet known. The forces then withdrew from the town. In a separate incident, local activist Osama Mkhamrah said that armed colonists detained several members of the Al-Adra family in the Rujum Ali area of Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron. When Israeli forces arrived, they continued to hold the residents and subjected them to abuse. In the nearby village of Khirbet Um al-Kheir, Israeli forces prevented a farmer from reaching and plowing his land. Also in the nearby Bedouin community of Al-Zuwaidin, colonists from the Shimon outpost damaged crops and broke fruit trees belonging to a local resident. M.N *** Israel issues demolition notices for four Palestinian homes east of Jerusalem JERUSALEM, December 4, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli forces notified residents on Thursday of their intention to demolish four Palestinian homes, located to the east of the occupied Jerusalem. According to the Jerusalem Governorate, Israeli troops raided the Bir al-Maskub 1, Bir al-Maskub 2, and Wadi Asnisel communities, delivering demolition notices against four homes, one of which belongs to Eid Muhammad Eid Absis. The forces also photographed several homes and livestock barns in the area. Y.S. *** IOFs demolish homes and industrial facilities in El-Khaleel (Hebron) Wednesday 3-December-2025 El-Khaleel (Hebron), (PIC) Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) demolished on Wednesday homes and industrial facilities in El-Khaleel (Hebron) Governorate, south of the West Bank. Local sources reported that the IOFs stormed the “'Huribat al-Nabi” community in Masafir Yatta, south of El-Khaleel (Hebron), and began demolishing homes belonging to the Rasheed family. The IOFs also used bulldozers to demolish industrial facilities in the town of Bait 'Ula, northwest of El-Khaleel (Hebron), and issued demolition notices for others. *** *** Aggression and Attacks by Illegal Israeli Settlers and Soldiers *** Note: Despite the Trump administration support for the Israeli occupation apartheid regime, the U.S. official policy is still considering the Israeli settlement activities in the Palestinian territories as illegal. *** Illegal Israeli settlers launch arson attacks across West Bank Wednesday 3-December-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) Several areas in the West Bank witnessed a series of attacks by the illegal Israeli settlers on Wednesday evening, including setting fire to Palestinian lands, attacking commercial establishments, and installing Israeli flags on main roads. In the western part of Ramallah, settlers set fire to lands in the town of 'Atara, northwest of the city in the central West Bank. Local sources reported that the illegal Israeli settlers from a newly established illegal settlement outpost on the town’s land ignited the fires and prevented residents from extinguishing them. In another incident, the illegal Israeli settlers attacked the entrance of the village of Al-Lubban El-Sharqiya, south of Nablus. Local sources said settlers assaulted the owner of a commercial establishment on the main road after he tried to stop them from placing Israeli flags in front of his shop. Meanwhile, a group of settlers planted flags along the main Nablus-Ramallah road, near homes in the “Street Neighborhood” east of the village, under the protection of Israeli forces. Elsewhere, dozens of settlers gathered at the roundabout of the village of Al-Minya, southeast of Bethlehem. A local source reported that groups of settlers gathered at the roundabout and began placing Israeli flags along the road leading to the village of Kisan to the east. According to the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, settlers carried out 766 attacks on Palestinians and their property in the West Bank during October 2023 alone. These attacks included damage to agricultural property, with 48,728 trees destroyed or uprooted, 37,237 of them olive trees. Official Palestinian data shows that since the start of the genocidal war on October 7, 2023, attacks by Israeli forces and settlers have killed more than 1,085 Palestinians, injured nearly 11,000, and resulted in the arrest of over 20,500 individuals. *** Dozens of the illegal Israeli storm Al-Aqsa, perform Talmudic rituals under heavy police protection Wednesday 3-December-2025 OCCUPIED JERUSALEM, (PIC) Dozens of the illegal Israeli settlers forced their way into the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque in Occupied Jerusalem on Wednesday morning under heavy protection from the Israeli police forces, with several ascending the roof of the historic Tankiziyah school inside the compound. According to Jerusalem-based sources, 375 settlers entered Al-Aqsa during the morning incursion period, including 270 who entered under the pretext of “tourism.” Witnesses said settler groups performed Talmudic rituals near the western portico close to the Dome of the Rock, while others roamed the courtyards in what Palestinians described as provocative tours. A group of settlers also climbed onto the roof of the Tankiziyah school, located just south of Bab al-Silsila (Chain Gate), in what was seen as a new escalation aimed at asserting control over sensitive parts of the Mosque’s compound. Meanwhile, police forces tightened security restrictions across Occupied Jerusalem, particularly around the Old City and its gates, to secure settler incursions while obstructing Palestinian residents and worshippers. Palestinian organizations and Jerusalem community leaders reiterated their calls for mass presence and steadfastness at Al-Aqsa to confront settler raids and protect the sanctity of the holy site. They urged intensified attendance inside the courtyards to counter ongoing Judaization plans. Majed Abu Qutayesh, a senior Hamas figure, called on Palestinians in Jerusalem, the West Bank, and in 1948 occupied Palestine to reinforce their presence at the Mosque amid escalating assaults by settlers and the occupation authorities. He urged international bodies and human rights organizations to assume their responsibilities regarding repeated violations that risk destabilizing the region. Abu Qutayesh said the settlers’ ascent to the roof of the Tankiziyah school, adjacent to Bab al-Silsila, represents a dangerous and provocative step aimed at tightening control over the Mosque’s entrances and surroundings. He stressed that daily raids and assaults will never alter Al-Aqsa’s exclusively Islamic character, adding that Palestinians will continue to defend the Mosque against Judaization efforts and that Al-Aqsa will remain a central symbol of steadfastness and resistance. *** *** News Related to the Israeli Genocidal War on the Palestinian People *** UNGA passes two resolutions demanding an end to Israel’s occupation of Palestine and the Syrian Golan Wednesday 3-December-2025 NEW YORK, (PIC) The United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) has overwhelmingly approved two resolutions calling for an end to Israel’s occupation of Palestine and Syria’s Golan Heights, reaffirming the UN’s responsibility toward both issues and underscoring the illegality of Israel’s continued control over occupied territories. The resolution concerning Palestine, submitted by Djibouti, Jordan, Mauritania, Qatar, Senegal, and Palestine, was voted on Tuesday. A total of 151 countries supported it, while 11 opposed, including Israel and the United States, and another 11 abstained. The adopted text reaffirms the UN’s longstanding responsibility toward the Palestinian question and calls for an end to Israel’s occupation of all territories seized in 1967. It also reiterates support for a two-state solution. In a separate vote, the General Assembly passed another resolution introduced by Egypt, urging Israel to withdraw from the occupied Syrian Golan Heights and reaffirming that Israel’s occupation and de facto annexation of the area constitute an “illegal act.” That resolution was backed by 123 countries, opposed by 7, including Israel and the US, while 41 abstained. The adopted text states clearly that Israel’s occupation and annexation of the Golan violate international law and contradict UN Security Council Resolution 497 (1981). In its first official response, the Syrian Foreign Ministry said the resolution “demands Israel’s withdrawal from all of the occupied Syrian Golan,” adding that the growing number of countries supporting the measure reflects “broad international backing for the new Syria and its unwavering claim to the occupied Golan.” *** Ireland, Spain and the Netherlands to boycott Eurovision 2026 over Israel’s inclusion LONDON, December 4, 2025 (WAFA) – The national broadcasters of Ireland, Spain and the Netherlands announced that they will boycott the 2026 Eurovision Song Contest after the European Broadcasting Union decided to allow Israel to participate in the upcoming competition. These countries were among several parties that had called for Israel’s exclusion, citing the heavy human toll in Gaza and accusations of unfair voting practices. According to multiple British newspapers, the EBU’s semi-annual General Assembly voted on a package of reforms aimed at reducing government influence on voting results, but no separate vote was held on Israel’s participation. Despite the reforms, the three broadcasters confirmed their withdrawal, stating that the decision does not reflect the ethical values the contest should uphold. M.N. *** Moscow reiterates firm support for Palestinian rights MOSCOW, December 5, 2025 (WAFA) – Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Vershinin reaffirmed on Thursday his country’s steadfast position on the Palestinian cause, emphasizing that supporting the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people and the establishment of an independent Palestinian state remains a central pillar of Moscow’s Middle East policy. Vershinin said in a press statement issued by the Russian Foreign Ministry that Moscow continues to play an active role in efforts to achieve regional stability by supporting diplomatic tracks and coordinating positions with international partners to prevent further escalation in the region. M.N. *** Euro-Med: Israeli army burial of Palestinian bodies in unmarked graves warrants criminal investigation Wednesday 3-December-2025 GAZA, (PIC) During over two years of ongoing genocide in Gaza, the Israeli army has pursued a systematic policy of burying Palestinian bodies in unmarked graves, including near aid distribution centers in central and southern Gaza, under conditions that obstruct identification, conceal burial sites, and prevent families from learning the fate of their loved ones. The investigation published by CNN, “Bulldozed corpses and unmarked graves,” reinforces the data obtained by Euro-Med Monitor through documented testimonies and underscores the need for an independent international investigation to identify the victims, locate burial sites, and ensure accountability for these practices. These practices were documented by Euro-Med Monitor through a systematic program that included extensive field investigations across northern and southern Gaza, interviews with survivors, eyewitnesses, and families of the missing, the collection of data from medical teams and local authorities, and the analysis and cross-checking of available visual material. This documentation reveals a systematic and widespread pattern of burial operations reflecting an Israeli army policy that cannot be treated as isolated incidents. Euro-Med Monitor’s field documentation shows that Israeli forces repeatedly buried Palestinian bodies in public squares, open land, and areas near vital facilities, including aid distribution centers, hospitals, and schools, after sealing these locations militarily and blocking access by medical teams, families, and residents. This practice destroys potential evidence of unlawful killings, obstructs effective investigation, and deprives families of the right to know the fate and burial place of their relatives, in further violation of human dignity and international law. Many Palestinian families discovered the bodies of their relatives buried in shallow pits left behind by Israeli forces after their withdrawal. This pattern was particularly evident near aid distribution centers and along forced displacement corridors, amid military operations marked by siege, starvation, and mass displacement of the civilian population. Findings revealed by CNN on the Israeli army’s burial of Palestinians near aid distribution points are consistent with what Euro-Med Monitor has documented in recent months. Field testimonies show that Israeli forces prevented civilians and medical teams from accessing bodies for hours or days, then carried out rapid burials that concealed victims’ identities and destroyed potential evidence of unlawful killings. Euro-Med Monitor verified the testimony of a German contractor who worked with a humanitarian organization in Gaza by reviewing available data and cross-checking it with independent sources. The witness stated that he saw Israeli forces fire on Palestinian civilians seeking humanitarian aid, killing several of them, after which he was instructed to clear the area, including bulldozing bodies and human remains. The contractor stated, “The worst thing I have ever experienced, after the shooting of civilians who were trying to get aid, was the order to clean up the area. There were body parts. The shooting was very intense, body parts everywhere, and the smell was awful.” “I complained to the Israeli army officer, but he replied, ‘That’s none of your business.’ I had to load body parts onto the back of the truck to dump them,” he added. “When I was ordered to carry out the task, I was not warned about the true situation. I find it difficult to talk about it. I feel my heart pounding and like I am going to collapse.” At least 45 people have gone missing in the vicinity of aid distribution centers in the Gaza Strip, and their fate remains unknown, whether they were detained and subjected to enforced disappearance in Israeli prisons or killed and buried in unmarked sandy locations near those centers. In March 2024, Euro-Med Monitor verified a widely circulated video showing, from a distance, two men walking separately along the Gaza beach, waving white flags in apparent surrender as they cautiously approached a group of Israeli soldiers on Al Rashid Street, near the barrier separating northern Gaza from the central and southern areas. One of the men advanced towards the soldiers with his hands raised before disappearing behind a pile of sand and concrete, while the other attempted to flee but was pursued by an Israeli military vehicle and then suddenly fell to the sand, apparently after being shot. An Israeli military bulldozer subsequently appeared and buried both bodies beneath sand and debris. The incident reflects a recurring pattern of deliberate dehumanization and the use of terror to break the Palestinian population and force submission and displacement. It constitutes further evidence of the specific intent required for genocide under international law, while also being liable to classification as crimes against humanity and full-fledged war crimes. An independent and comprehensive international investigation must be launched into the Israeli army’s burial practices near densely populated areas, aid distribution centers, and forced displacement corridors, including incidents involving the shooting of civilians seeking aid. The investigation must have full authority to collect and analyze evidence and to determine individual criminal responsibility for potential war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide. The Israeli army must immediately disclose the locations of all mass and individual grave sites established during its military operations in Gaza. Urgent measures are required to protect these sites as potential scenes of international crimes, prevent the transfer or destruction of bodies and any tampering with evidence, allow independent forensic teams to enter Gaza, and lift restrictions on the entry of DNA testing equipment, or establish a secure mechanism for transferring samples to specialized laboratories abroad to enable victim identification and proper documentation of crimes. Pressure must be exerted on Israel to disclose the identities of those killed, detained, or missing under its control during military operations, and to reveal burial or detention locations, to end families’ uncertainty and enable serious efforts to uncover the truth and secure redress. Israel must immediately disclose the fate of all persons it has arrested and continues to subject to enforced disappearance, cease this unlawful practice, allow detainees to communicate with their families and lawyers, and release all those held without a clear and specific legal basis, in accordance with international law. Families and relevant Palestinian authorities must be enabled to retrieve the victims’ bodies and bury them in accordance with religious, humanitarian, and legal standards, ensure relatives’ participation in identification procedures, provide full disclosure regarding their fate, and deliver the necessary support. States Parties to the Geneva Conventions and all other concerned states must ensure accountability for these crimes by opening national and international investigations, applying universal jurisdiction where necessary, and taking effective measures to prevent their recurrence. *** =============================================================================================================================== ÈöÓúãö Çááåö ÇáÑøóÍúãóÜٰäö ÇáÑøóÍöíãö "ãöäú ÃóÌúáö Ðóٰáößó ßóÊóÈúäóÇ Úóáóìٰ Èóäöí ÅöÓúÑóÇÆöíáó Ãóäøóåõ ãóäú ÞóÊóáó äóÝúÓðÇ ÈöÛóíúÑö äóÝúÓò Ãóæú ÝóÓóÇÏò Ýöí ÇáúÃóÑúÖö ÝóßóÃóäøóãóÇ ÞóÊóáó ÇáäøóÇÓó ÌóãöíÚðÇ" (ÇáúãóÇÆöÏóÉõ ¡ 5: 32). In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves. Then, when the latter (final) promise came, they (your enemies) will sadden your faces, and to enter the Masjid (in Jerusalem), as they entered it the first time, and will destroy what they had taken over with (total) destruction (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.
